Rather than coming to see Suzanne with a particular difficulty to overcome, you may be stuck or wanting help or companionship on your unique journey. Your journey happens on every level both internal and external as you are complete in yourself as well as being part of the bigger picture. You may find that your self awareness has gone way ahead on one level - say, intellectually. You know lots. However, emotionally and behaviorally, you still feel and behave in the same way as you did - your intellectual/cognitive knowledge does not seem to connect to your emotional or behavioral self.
